What's sadder is that is that some see anything scandalous in it... DomA Send a noteboard - 30/11/2013 11:23:43 PM

Or that he took the time to justify his record to the said 5th-grader? He continues to look smaller and smaller all of the time.

Come on, Obama was simply using the very same formulation used by the sender (an adult) to address the concerns.

Of course trust those people to be blind on purpose to anything but the sexual innuendo, as if that was the sole meaning behind the term. Classic puritanism, and that's probably an hair away from accusing Obama of improper sexual behavior toward a minor. Get a grip.

And no one seems to care for the fact the President of the largest democracy on earth took 5 minutes to address the concerns of a complete noboby just because it's a citizen, who took the time to write to the WH. That says more about democracy and the man occupying the function than anything.

And I'm not American and I'm hardly biased as I'm massively unimpressed with Obama's performance and have my grips with Democrats anyway, but still... it's appalling the sewer level of childishness and bad faith US partisan politics can fall to in recent years.

What's more sad - Obama using a sexual reference in a hand-written letter to a 5th-grader..... - 30/11/2013 07:13:47 PM 736 Views
