I'll slit my wrist the day I find out the Secret Service is riding around on scooters. We aren't some dandies! And yes, this is the most ludicrous thing I took away from this article. Once I read about the secret service driving around on a scooter, I couldn't get over that hump and the rest of the article was lost on me.
