before you start replying to a survey, click on the one to the right. it will reload the page, so no point in doing it after starting to reply, but it will split up the quotes in the same style as at wotmania. I think ben was somewhat deluded when doing the quote system, I think he said something along the lines of "well, one regularly only replies under all quoted text anyway"...

But he'll make it a profile option to choose the default style of quoting. At least that's what the bug ticket says.
