As for tangents, yes, we all go on them and if I think that's what we're discussing I'm cool with it. I thought it was a rebuttal to my point. I am more than happy to discuss systemic issues which harm minority and other socio-economically disadvantaged groups. Drug laws, profiling, militarization of the police, barriers to employment, etc.

Right now I just heard on the news a group of protesters chanting "Black Lives Matter!" And they do, but so do the whites who are killed. But listening to the news, you'd never know whites were also killed by police. I actually was shocked it was that many more whites than blacks because of the reigning zeitgeist on this issue right now. But when the SJW's get going, facts no longer matter, whether it is this issue or "rape culture" or "the war women".
