Oh, wait, that is total BS: Individual unarmed citizens are practically nonexistent threats to groups of cops trained in physical combat and armed with tasers, clubs and guns. So maybe when the latter kill the former and excuse it with claims they "felt threatened" that is ALSO total BS.
