Come one Joel try not say such stupid things. Resisting arrest is fighting with the cops. IF you "shake the cops off" when they are trying to restrain you they can and will use force to restrain you so not stopped and witless comments about the cops starting it.

HE was breaking law and then decided to resist arrest and his poor health couldn't handle the straight his poor judgment put it on it. Simple as that. The police are not responsible for your stupid and that is the overwhelming theme in these "black lives matters" media created mass stupidity incidents.
