Two Things, Bush 41 (Father Bush) Signed NAFTA not Bill Clinton, Second I am a big Miss Piggy fan, she is one of my favorite muppets

Though technically negotiated under Bush 41, the treaty was ratified and signed under Clinton (ratification was intentionally held up by Congressional Dems so he could do it) and it was a MAJOR campaign issue in the election (both major party candidates supported it, opposition to it was the platform plank that Perot used to gain national notice throwing the election to Clinton).
