at work today. I work with a lady who is Korean. She came here to the states just a year ago or so. Anyways, with the latest news, she is now of the opinion that some type of armed conflict will be going on by late summer/early fall.
Up to this point, she took it very matter of fact. She said that over there, they are very used to NK performing military activities. They take it in stride. But she says that now it has a different feel to it. Before they saw NK military activities as wanting attention or bluster/bluff....but now it has a different feel.
She was of the opinion that Kim wants to do something big to show that he's worthy of the name from his father/grandfather...and as kind of a one-up to his dad too.
