So, I already posted this on FB, but thought I'd share here with all my non-FB friends, too.

Greg and I signed papers yesterday to buy a condo in a nice little town in Boston's northern suburbs. We are very excited. Married and owning our own place? So grown up!

It is still under construction, but is going to be awesome when it is finished. Neither he nor I have ever owned before, so this will be new and exciting for us. And, I've never lived in a completely new place before, either. So, that is cool.

I'm just glad to finally be on the properly ladder. The way things keep going up in the Boston area, with all the bidding wars and other nightmares you hear about, I was afraid I'd never find a place I really wanted! But this has been pretty much hassle-free and easily done. (At least so far!) I found the development online, we met with the developer's agent and everything went smoothly from there.

No pics yet, as it won't be finished for a few months yet, but below is a link to the developer's website.

And the narcissistic self-servery is now done.
