I'll nb you if I have any questions, but right now I'm mostly concentrating on overall health right now and taking care of my current obligations before I go in. I may have some questions the closer it comes to the new year and I prepare to go meet a recruiter.



Focusing on PT before going in is probably the most improtant tihng, just don't push too hard, it will as I mentioned, tend to mess you up. You can certainly targte to pass by 18 year old standards on the APFT, but don't try to keep up with some 135 pound 18 year old on the track, unless you have a desire for knee surgery
