I know Egypt is pretty well known for Misyar marriages, which are a lot like a Muta, at least in practice. Lot's of wealthier Sunni enter into Misyar marriages on vacation, divorcing afterwards, to get around the rules. Most sunni scholars frown on the practice, but it is allowed.
