the pediatrician is not concerned about the baby-weight.

It is obviously NOT a health concern.

The insurance company is not in the right here. they can toss around their obesity percentages as much as they want (i'd like to see how they even measured it--BMI is hardly accurate for adults, I doubt it's accurate for children), but if the child is not a health risky, they're just using the numbers for their own good.
