People investing their life? Well, look at all those people who have busted their ass doing actual work (instead of pushing paper around and sitting sipping from snifters of bourbon with their other fat cat suit wearing buddies who don't actually do anything real, making decisions that effect other peoples lives negatively).
It was the workers in the plants that built GM, Ford and other such companies. The suits don't do shit. They live well at the expense of the people who made their business successful.
And unless you are one of those suit wearing bastards, you are a victim of capitalism.

Smaller companies aren't rolling in the cash or paying their owners massive amounts of money. Maybe they pay their owners $1-2 million per year, but that makes sense. A person who invested their life into building a business, who took the risk, should be able to live well. Besides, setting aside that money wouldn't even make a dent in the required cost of building a solar power farm.
Death to the Regressives of the GOP and the TeaParty. No mercy for Conservatives. Burn them all at the stake for the hateful satanists they are.
