It is a critique of potential racism in the media. I'm tired of every single comment anyone makes that relates to race being regarded as "racist," regardless of whether or not they actually say anything derogatory about the race in question. It is a way to censor all critique. Regardless of whether or not I agree with him, I am glad Rush isn't afraid to speak his mind.
