So yes, at least for awhile.

However this is a problem and it needs to be worked on. It's not something you can fix for the fellow. HE needs to want to get it fixed.

It's serious, yes, but many serious things can be overcome. It sounds like, without this issue, he'd be an excellent match.

This means it's time to have a long talk with him and see where that goes. It may (probably will) take time and possibly more than one talk.
