I don't agree with what this guy says or does, but I don't understand why someone like a JotP has to tow the line. Let him have his biases. He's free to do so in America, is he not?

This reminds me of a disturbing news story I heard a few years ago where an advocate of gay marriage said that any priest/pastor/whatever who refuses to marry gay couples should lose the right to marry anyone at all. Why is it that you're only allowed to have a point of view if it conforms to society's norms? Disagree with him all you want, but respect and defend to the death his right to have his opinion.
