We had the sheep pantomime telling Wilbur about the farmer wanting to kill him. The narrator say "The old sheep stopped by and told Wilbur what the farmer intended to do come Christmastime." We allowed the audience to assume since I knew pretty much everyone knows the story anyway.

I agree with nossy. Death isn't pleasant, but kids have to learn how to cope with it somehow. They can't be shielded from everything. Jeezus. A cemetery scene isn't that bad, they have blown this way out of proportion.

I just thought of something, is this an elementary school serving grades K-6?
