That should be fine, it doesn't really spread outdoors unless you cough on people.

Vaccinations have started now, risk groups and kids first, then the rest of us will get it from late November.
Edit: The local newspaper reports today that 5 people on the island (population ~55k) have gotten it, 3 of those were in the summer. So not very much at all here, yet.

The main risks they're talking about here in the West is probably the hit to the economy, there'll be a whole shitload of working hours lost if 50% of the population gets sick. Fatality-wise it seems no wrose than the regular flu.
