Well, I wasn't gonna say it....

I knew it would happen; I didn't join wotmania until late '04 or early '05 (lurked a bit at first, of course) so I was stuck relying on the collective memory of a dying site to provide a lot of the legendary names. I'd HEARD of Spoonman frequently, but never spoken with him until three days ago, and have the return of Dodge (plus a nagging fellow Texan ) to thank for that. I practically had nightmares some giant of CMBnumberless would come in the last day and want to know "WTF isn't my name on there, and don't tell me you can't add me, newb!!!"

Also keep in mind, while I don't believe it applies in the cases you mentioned, there are a few people on there who've changed SNs over the years. There's no mierin and no Dark Matter, for example, but the people who used those names are present. Most of them seem to feel as I do: I've used this name almost exactly a year, but prefer Morambar rest in peace with wotmania.
