have a serious, chronic mental illness, such as bipolar disorder,

or

have a serious, chronic physical illness, such as non-terminal cancer, cystic fibrosis, etc.?


My serious chronic physical illness brought on a serious mental illness. So I'm going to go with c. none of the above. '
