Indicative of the stronger showing conservative issues usually have with Rasmussen. Bias has been alleged over this, but I think it's just a statistical quirk. Poll numbers have been up, down and all all over so I wouldn't base many decisions on any one or two.

Politically, any health care gains won't show before 2014, but the taxes start in 2011. That makes it more economical, but means no one will see material benefits before next years midterms nor before filing their 2012 tax return six months before that election.
