I had the impression from other posts you had written that he was normally a really good boss. Is this out of the ordinary for him? A phase he is going through? Why is he doing this?
Sometimes just to stay sane (and fair) I have to remind myself of what someone is like 90% (or most) of the time. Somehow that helps me put things in perspective.
And if I want to be fair to myself, I remind me that 90% of the time I don't want to strangle them, I am just under pressure.
