I've had variable clock-in/clock-out times before. It's kind of crappy. But the start and end times weren't as bad as yours. Mine were more like 10:45 to 4:25 or 11:05 to 5:40... but starting and ending times were generally within the same hour (maybe 1.5 hour) block from day to day.
