One can argue about the decision of the Geneva canton government at the time to ban the poster, but it's disgusting to say the least.

Some guy ran for something in Georgia or the Carolinas way back and apparently accused his opponent of being a pedagogue and having a sister who was a thespian, it floats around in mutated form a lot. It may even be apocyprhal.
