I didn't, simply because I never use that email anymore. I could go look, maybe. But in any case I'm happy that Mike a) sent such an e-mail (though a few months in advance would've been good) and b) mentioned RAFO. I was a little disappointed that he did not in his note at Dragonmount. :/ (Yeah, the admin at Dragonmount goes on to link it, but still.)
