I laugh like crazy at the Darwin Awards, so I I'm not really in a position to pass judgment. Practically choked to death laughing when I hit the one link (see link at bottom) and they started playing Van Halen.
Yeah it's messed up, but a lot of humor is. Black Comedy, etc, tends to be offensive to some people, who might be the first to fall over laughing at another case.
