What would they do with a Chat if they had one? Again I say, I'll be more inclined to think a Chat is needed when there's some indication it would be more than a ghost town periodically punctuated by HS drama. If that's the only way to get people to Chat no one needs it. There are lessons to be learned from Skype though; the "newbs" keep it going, are actually the REGULARS who make it likely you can open Skype at any time and have a good chance of finding someone there. Without them it would be like, well, this.
