Saying that all pimps are black is misguided at best. There are plenty of white pimps in prominent modern culture who fit this stereotype (bling, fuzzy hat, dice on the rearview mirror). It's a professional stereotype, not a racial one.
By saying "black pimp" rather than just "pimp" it is clearly using a qualifier. It does the very opposite of saying all pimps are black. I am also unaware of any white pimps who fit that stereotype - in the UK I have only seen black rappers etc who style themselves as pimps and fit it, I would guess it is similar for Jens and white examples haven't made it outside of the US.
