Aw, man thanks! I should just start thinking more simple. Maybe. I was always good at doing overly extended calculations in math class :)

You need to work it out for 11 days for everyone, then add one third of 70 to the 3 people staying an extra day to account for the final day.
so 154 each for staying 11 days (308 in total)
and 177.34 (154+(70/3)) each for staying 12 days (532 in total)

= 840
