True, this is a good thing to remember. And fortunately I think it's easier for me to speak up about money (if I don't, puppy doesn't get fed) than most other things.
Telling them all the symptoms... ugh.

Write it down! Seriously, everything you notice. I always forget something when I'm in there, because even though I don't feel nervous, I act like a moron during most doc appointments. I hardly say anything. I think I feel as though I'm bothering them and they are going to think I'm stupid. So anyway, make a list and hand it over. If it makes you feel better, just say that you really don't know what's an issue and what's not, but you thought they'd want all the (possible) aberrations you've noticed.
