And do you have proof it was at Chelsea's urging?

I cant remember how he broke it, my memory isn't as good as it used to be and its been ruined further by 3 months of A level revision.

As for proof, I neither work at Fifa HQ nor as his agent or Chelsea HQ. Fifa however seem to think they're guilty, which is what im basing the statement on.
