I'm not arguing that Chelsea haven't done anything wrong, they certainly have, but are UEFA/FIFA honestly trying to say that Chelsea are the only team to do this? Really? Because that's bullshit and anyone acquainted with the modern game damn well knows it.

Yet I can't see a team like Real (who, lets face it, are some of the worst offenders in football for tapping players up) getting handed a fine like this. Like it or not Chelsea may be a big team in Europe now but historically they're not, which makes them a much juicer target for the powers that be than one of the elder statesmen of the game. Which is just crap.
