Since they didn't have metal tools, when you get right around to it, cutting, carving, and dragging multi-ton stone objects up the side of a hill is not something done easily. We know they had rope since we've got that around 30,000 BP, I'd be curious whether they had a knowledge of pulleys, levers, winches or screws. Very cool, people building stuff like this 5-600 generations back.
your best bet for advanced technology would probably be something along the lines of sleds and manpower.
This might be old news but an 11,500 year old temple has been unearthed in Turkey.
