Sad that he only gets two counts of attempted murder. And only because he only hit two people. If you open fire on a schoolyard, you should get a count for every child present, not just the ones you manage to shoot.
If the charge is "attempted murder" then a case can definitely be made that the attempt included far more than just the 2 children who were hit.
