The day of the interview, a few hours beforehand, warm up your face by walking around with a HUGE grin. Then, at the actual interview, your face will naturally take on a friendly, warm aspect, and smiling will feel easy, not forced. Although this is the American in me. Maybe in Britain smiling isn't important, but in the US, it's like #1.
