Now how do these stats go when sorting the regular way, i.e. by number of golds first, then silvers, then bronze?

And I think one obsolete state that should be included is the Kalmar Union of Sweden (including Finland), Norway and Denmark. After looking it up on wikipedia I see that Iceland should also be included.
