Well, as details remain few, we'll have to wait and see, but:

It's small enough to actually be portable without being a bother.
It's powerful enough to perform all regular PDA-type functions.
It's a journal, organizer, calander, etc
It perhaps will allow for web-based function such as blogging, forum-posting, tweets, facebook, etc.
If done right, the drawing tool could be great for those interested, especially if they intergrate that with ability to manipulate photos and whatnot....photo-shop like. Add potential to attach/send/post such photos...nice. It's got a camera after all.
As an e-reader it will be very similar to holding a paperback, and present in the same manner.
Stylus w/ writing recognition is sweet, especially when combined with other features.
Given headphone-jack, have to assume it will also serve as MP3 and equivalent player, as well as playing audio-books.
I'm assuming there will be a web-browser, though I'm not sure that was clarified and I can't watch the videos at work to know if there was any info given on that.

Probably some more I'm missing, but again, it's a bit too soon still. I'm excited, but also holding out for better info on full functionality. I've some preliminary numbers on price at around $399-$599, but who knows.

I think there's some great potential here.

I would slave, to pave the way, to sink your ship of fools.
