It seems that I'm oozing warm and fuzzy lately. Has anyone seen Maddy, I'm sure she can cure this.

So, this weekend I sent a comment to a small company that I have received newsletters from since last summer. They are a small business in Washington who makes organic skin care products. Everything is done by them; except growing the ingredients which they buy from small organic farms in their locality when available.
Over the weekend I sent the message basically thanking them for not closing when it would be so easy in today's economy; especially in this last year. Also, I really appreciate small businesses and those that are people just finding a void in a market (especially in the food and body care products industries) for something they themselves would like then going for it. I did start out by saying that I haven't had the chance yet to purchase from them since I am a poor student (sort of).
About 10 minutes ago the phone rang and it was the owner, Rich calling and thanking me for the email. It was delightful. I so was not expecting anything back.

Today is a beautiful day in Arizona; so go share some love and appreciation.



Oh, and there was a car yesterday from New Mexico that had wOOt! painted on one of the rear windows. I thought we were unique or is this a common web expression?
