I'm currently so satiated on whatever-I-want-to-eat that healthy stuff isn't onerous. I'm pretty good at making up my own recipes as well, so it might take a while to get bored.

I do have a goal, but I'm not posting it here. It's too many pounds to admit to.
For the moment, it's mostly just 1-2 pounds a week.
As far as recipes go, I love herby-tomatoey things like bruschetta, cheeses, chicken dishes, fun ways to serve veggies (cauliflower "mashed potatoes" ), etc. My fave salad is green leaf lettuce, red onions, blue cheese, red pears, almonds and a balsamic/oil topping.
