Tonight, I'm making my famous homemade pasta sauce with italian sausage, fresh green peppers and mushrooms. Spaghetti and fresh french bread to go with.

Now if only I had someone to share it with... :-(



I've never tried my own pasta sauce.. the bride made it once, but it was so acidic, it was hard to eat. We put a bunch of carrots and even some sugar in to try and counteract the acid, but it just wasn't enough.
