I'm in the Swedish capital for the first time since the 80ies! Sophy Send a noteboard - 04/09/2009 06:50:03 PM
All true Gothenburgers have warned me about this place, but so far it's awesome! They have beer and nice strawberrydrinks and old swords and lots of clothes various kings have been killed or embalmed in. And awesome architechture! And the house I'm staying in has amazing fossils in the stairs. I've taken far too much pictures of fossils in stairs. And it's clean! One of the cleanest cities I've seen!

The castle wasnt too impressive though. I found the Finnish church and admired it a while because it was well Finnish and orange and interesting built. And I wondered a bit why there were so many tourists outside the Finnish church (I'm very well that not everyone is interested in everything Finnish), then I realized that most people seemed interested in the big ugly boxish building on the opposite side of the street - and according to some signs that was the royal castle. I still prefer the Finnish Church.

Well, I have to go back to the beer and the fossils and all stuff! Have a good weekend!
