I doubt a website emulator would support anything like that, but downloadable NES emulators certainly do. I won't link anything because I'm still not 100% certain on RAFO's copyright policies (I'll check with Ben) but google should be able to easily help you out.
My good buddy Brian has, once again, used his knowledge of everything to do with computers ever and found stuff for me. Something like download the Emulator then the ROM, and i found some cheap SNES controllers that will hopefully work
