Seriously though, I don't know why. Unless it is handling more than the last game did, I find the cut scene cinematics to be kind of old and crappy. Certainly not much better than SC1. The game looks almost the same, too. For me these are all good things, but I don't see why it requires such an advanced graphics card.

It's not the cutscenes that require the graphical power; it's the 3D graphics.
