There are 29 missions total. If you don't have 'Fall of Haven', which is the mission you get for supporting Selendis at the end of Ariel Hanson's arc, it is likely because you did 'Safe Haven' instead.
Same goes for Tosh's arc and 'Ghost of a Chance' and 'Breakout', or those two Char missions I mentioned already.
