by my definition of grinding, yes, games like BG don't have it.

				I see grinding as intentional repetition of unpleasant tasks for the sole purpose of more levels. For example, in WoW, doing the same 25 dailies for days for the purpose of grinding up gold.  But it's NOT grinding to work on Loremaster for gold instead.
However, I got the impression that he thinks grinding is just "questing for the purpose of leveling up", so I was working with that definition since he's the one I was talking to. I may be wrong; that's just the impression I had. I don't see much point in the discussion unless we're working int he same context.
