I came across a "fact sheet" earlier today listing most of what's known about the Wii U. Aemon Send a noteboard - 08/06/2011 05:00:37 AM
I'm too lazy to re-format for this board, so check it out here.

The things that stand out to me (those not already mentioned by the other responses in this thread) are the new Smash brothers game, and the fact that the touch screen controller is single-touch only.
