The end fight with Joker really annoyed me, as well. This whole elaborate plan, and Joker's final fight is that he mutates into Joker-Godzilla and tries to squash Batman? And Batman can't even use stealth or tactics, he basically just attacks Joker's eyes and runs back and forth? LAME.
I'm hoping Detective Mode in Arkham City will be polished. It's just so good that you can't NOT use it, but the visual look was definitely a bit tiresome after a while.

Use stealth. Guns are very dangerous. Learn how to use the counter system.
