I usually will slog though whatever I'm fighting, but occasionally I'll stumble across some eldritch horror and decide that leveling up and beating it is the best way to go. I'm also very happy with my increases in power, which have been somewhat slow but very steady. Nothing like raising your hands and annihilating the monste that you had to lob spell after spell at five levels ago.
