If you were to make a video game....what would it be?

I was thinking about this the other day, while I was stuck in the most brutal of meetings at work. This meeting I call the "Freak Show"...because seriously, it can be that bad. *eyes glaze over from thinking about action items*
Anways, I was thinking that if I have the resources to create a video game...what would it be? Most of us here are avid readers...so I think that we could come up with a storyline (if one was desired). So that's my survey. What kind of game would you make?
Genera? (RPG, FPS, RTS, Open World Adventure, Fighting, Racing, etc.)
Platform with peripherals? (Console, PC)
Maturity Raiting? (E for everyone, M for mature...)
Number of Players?
