the world of battletech, starting from the early boardgame rpg generation onwards. open world. not necessarily 3D (could be like fallout 2/jagged alliance). NOT TOTALLY FOCUSED ON JUST ROBOT PORN. Honestly, the battletech history is really diverse (from the books).
